Can't sleep

It's 12:40 am on wednesay morning and I've woken up sweating and I can't get to sleep! I feel so hot! Fay just woke up making really bad pain noises and has just walked outside! I presume she needs to go to the toilet. She's just come back in from the toilet and turned the light and asked if I have any pain medicine! She says her head hurts and she can hardly talk. I just gave her some noflam for the pain and she says she thinks it's from the chlorine drops we put in our water to try and purify it. She's lied back down and says she can't really breathe but she thinks it's cause she's panacking. I'm sitting with her until she falls back asleep again cause I can't sleep either cause I'm sweating and all my mosie bites are itching!
